Ishrana ljudskog tijela svaki dan zahtijeva unos stotina različitih sastojaka iz hrane, i tu potrebu čovjek uobičajeno podmiruje konzumirajući različite jestive namirnice. Osim ispunjavanja biokemijske jednadžbe E=mc² kojom nadoknađuje energiju i metaboličke aktivatore, hrana također zaokuplja naša čula opipa, vida, njuha, sluha, mirisa, okusa, u svjesnom i nesvjesnom doticaju, skroz do naših gena i DNA.
K tome su naše misli i osjećaji izravno povezani uz svako čulno iskustvo hrane. Kada hrana fizički nije u blizini i dosegu čula, nema problema, tu su sjećanja. Sažeti ishranu od tjelesne stanice do misaonog procesa, i još sve protegnuti kroz čitav životni vijek, uklopiti životne veze, vrijeme i društvo, način života, nije moguće za sve ljude, čime bi dobili univerzalni model prehrane. Human body requires daily intake of hundreds of different components, and such need is habitually met by consuming different foodstuffs. Besides the E=mc² biochemistry equation which makes up for the energy and metabolic activators, food also preoccupies our senses of touch, sight, smell, hearing, taste reaching them consciously and unconsciously, all the way down to our genes and DNA. Therein our thoughts and feelings are directly entwined with every sensory food experience. When food isn’t present in the immediate nearby, there is no problem, as the memory is always ready to jump in. It’s not quite possible to compact the whole food nourishment within a short comprehensible range from body cell to the contemplative processes in the end, and even further try to extend it through the lifespan, and in the same stroke embed in it her or his relationships, lifestyle, social and geo-temporal imprints, all that to ultimately create a universal model of human nutrition.
